In the past six years, Eric Krell has authored more than 250 articles on business issues with a bottom-line focus. He regularly covers corporate finance and the CFO’s challenges, IT financial management, HR’s evolution, and corporate governance and risk management. His vertical expertise includes professional services, manufacturing, life sciences and the enterprise software sector. Krell’s writing has appeared in Consulting, Business Finance, CRM, HR Magazine, Training, Internet World, Windows & .NET, and the Baylor Business Review. Most recently he has been investigating how the Sarbanes-Oxley Act influences corporate management, planning and investment; the growing importance of business continuity planning; and whether or not Churchill Downs’ big bet on CRM is paying off (in a 12-part series for CRM magazine). He brings an expertise in both content and communication methods that will greatly expand how we reach Beyond Budgeting members and the broader finance community as a whole.” The appointment is part of BBRT’s goal to reach the finance community in multiple ways including print media, audio, video, and new social media approaches. Krell will expand our reach and help accelerate our members’ improvement plans. He begins his new role effective immediately.
